From automation to infrastructure, we specialize in building the technical backend systems to turn ideas into reality.
We solve real world problems with code.
All with rates designed to work for startups, small teams, and solo founders.
Problem-Solving First, Always
Whether you’re facing a technical roadblock or need to invent something new, our process starts with deep problem analysis and ends with tailored, functional solutions — no matter the feature complexity or constraints.
Beyond Just Code, We Build Systems
From HIPAA-compliant infrastructure to real-time interfaces and machine learning integration, we don’t stop at frontends. We build full-stack, end-to-end systems shaped to your real-world workflow.
Custom-Built, Zero Templates
We don’t use no-code builders, boilerplate templates, or pre-fab site kits. Every build is handcrafted for performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
Tech with Insight, Not Just Tools
HS Forge is your strategic tech partner. With deep experience in backend architecture, data flows, compliance, and automation, we make tech decisions that match your goals, not just your specs.

🔧 1. Pathways to Science Website
🟢 Project Name:
Science Non-profit Outreach Platform
🟡 Problem / Goal:
A bilingual nonprofit aimed at increasing STEM access needed a centralized platform to showcase its STEM experiment kits and tutoring offerings. The challenge was to build a site that could speak to both English and Spanish-speaking families while remaining lightweight, fast, and simple to navigate for new users.
🟢 The Solution:
We developed a dual-language, responsive website tailored to the needs of both parents and educators. The platform features interactive experiment descriptions, streamlined tutor contact forms, and a modular backend architecture allowing easy content updates. Special attention was paid to clarity, accessibility, and support for mobile-first usage — common in under-resourced communities.
⚪️ The Result / Value:
The site now anchors the organization’s outreach across over 5 school districts and 3+ library systems. It enables hands-off signup tracking, showcases programming with clarity, and reinforces trust with a clean bilingual design that serves thousands of monthly visitors.
🔧 2. Medical Practice Site and Infrastructure
🟢 Project Name:
Medical Practice Portal/Technical Infrastructure
🟡 Problem / Goal:
A small medical group needed a secure and professional online presence that complied with HIPAA standards, enabled patient contact, and reflected a high-end brand image. They also needed a secure server and workflow for remote workers, storage, sensitive information transfer, and remote monitoring devices.
🟢 The Solution:
We built a fully custom static frontend paired with secure backend form handling to ensure HIPAA compliance. The branding was polished with professional typography, minimalistic design, and embedded patient resources. All contact forms are routed securely with encrypted transmission protocols and minimal surface area for attack vectors. We also designed a full microsoft based system including virtual machines to introduce a HIPPA compliant internal network safe for information transfer and storage increasing efficiency and productivity.
⚪️ The Result / Value:
The new portal reflects the practice’s credibility while removing friction for patient contact and data collection. The practice can now update content independently and rest easy knowing sensitive information is handled securely — something off-the-shelf builders could not provide.
🔧 3. Custom Radio Site
🟢 Project Name:
Community Radio Hub
🟡 Problem / Goal:
A media and radio group streaming to thousands monthly, wanted an online space to showcase live audio, rotating playlists, and curated community content. Off-the-shelf streaming tools lacked the style, interactivity, and backend control the organizers wanted. They also required an admin dashboard to control many different output streams at once while focusing on network stability and optimization due to certain restrictions when traveling.
🟢 The Solution:
We developed a dynamic audio-forward website with a real-time embedded radio player, rotating song queue, and customizable playlist controls. Admins can update tracks without touching code, and the UI reflects a full admin dashboard aesthetic that remotely controls a virtual machine to control many audio outputs, allow for logs and live testing, all while being incredibly network efficient and virtually no strain on local devices due to the introduction of the virtual machine.
⚪️ The Result / Value:
This group now has a fully custom broadcasting site that supports future podcast hosting, DJ rotation, and community engagement — while keeping full creative control in the hands of its organizers.
Meet the Engineer

Hey! Im Harnoor Singh. I am an MIT student studying Nuclear Engineering, Computer Science, and Philosophy trying to sharpen not only my technical skills but also my strategic thinking. Beyond the classroom, I have built and been involved in a wide range of personal projects and systems and softwares, working with dozens of programming languages, frameworks, and infrastructure tools. My foundation in engineering is matched by real world experience as well. As an Air Force ROTC cadet I have developed the operational mindset, discipline, and problem solving instincts that most tech builders miss.
Whether you need a secure backend, a custom internal system, or a complete infrastructure overhaul, I design with one goal: to make technology fit your mission — not the other way around.
